MaxwellCynn.com and its contents are protected under copyright, and we reserve all rights to the content of its pages. Registration and Subscription Membership to the site allows members the right to view content only. Copy or Redistribution of the content in any form, without the prior permission of the author (Maxwell Cynn), is strictly prohibited. Memebers and guests are not allowed to download or make copies of the material contained on the site except for the normal caching of content by standard browsers.

MaxwellCynn.com contains both free and premium content. Free content is available for non-members to view but is still covered under copyright by the author. Premium content requires  a fee to view. Some premium content is available for download and use on hand held and mobile devises. This content carries its own terms of service agreement.

This site is dependent on its hosting provider and can provide no warrantees or guarantees covering the availability of the service. Our provider has a 99% uptime and rarely drops service for more than brief maintainance periods. However we can not guarantee availability of the site and will not offer refunds or extended service periods to compensate for downtime of the servers if it should occur.
